Lilac Lane Community Bulletin Board
Dear Owner and Tenant,
At Bellamy Knox Property Management we share your passion for BBQ. Unfortunately, after deep deliberation, the Condominium Association Board of Directors has unanimously voted to ban ALL grilling at Lilac Lane as of July 1, 2022. In response to the recently received directive (Attached) from the City of Dover Inspection Services (a division of Fire & Rescue) the Board was left without any reasonable option.
Since forever, grilling near multi-family housing has been a tenuous proposition at best. Our Condominium By-Laws were carefully crafted by legal counsel to incorporate the rules and regulations required by our Insurance Carrier (Attached for your review) but the restrictive stance by the City has closed that door permanently.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The Board authorized the management company to facilitate storage arrangements of grills for owners and their tenants.
Please contact the Bellamy-Knox with any questions or suggestions.
